If not, to jumpstart yourself on the road to eating foods with healthy nutrients you must first know which foods you should not eat. So what are foods that you should not be eating?
Processed foods:

Whole foods
On the other hand, whole foods are simple and natural, with few ingredients without added ingredients like sugar, salt, and fat. Whole foods have nutrients that processed foods don’t have. These nutrients that exist as phytochemicals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals are necessary for long-term health and weight management. If the majority of your diet isn’t composed of these foods you can get these nutrients through supplements that are healthy nutritious foods.
